Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Advancement staff supports and promotes the opportunities provided by corporations and foundations.
The IMSA Fund, as the philanthropic arm of IMSA, and a 501 (c)(3) organization, has more grant opportunities available than IMSA does alone.
Our role is to help identify opportunities, conduct research, help with proposal writing, submit the proposal on behalf of the IMSA Fund, receive the grant funding, distribute funds according to guidelines, alert program staff when quarterly and/or annual reports are due, and other relationship management activities.
IMSA's research, programming and teaching capabilities owe their strengths in large part to the generosity and vision of those who direct foundation grant-making.
The Advancement staff is available to assist foundation donors and staff with information about IMSA's faculty and programs. Please contact us if you need any assistance in the process of requesting proposals, obtaining necessary documents, or arranging visits.
