Student Inquiry and Research Program Details
The Safety Review
At the student's first meeting with the advisor, the student and advisor must discuss and address safety issues associated with the investigation.
Together, the student and advisor will complete and sign the Chemical, Biological, Physical, and Radiation Research Safety Review form. Upon completion, the student will submit this form to the SIR program coordinator before the student's investigation is considered official.
Parents and/or guardians will be mailed a copy of the completed and signed safety review form during the first quarter of the academic year.
