Forms for Student Inquiry and Research
Introduction
Participation in Student Inquiry and Research (SIR) is permitted only with the approval of the Student Inquiry and Research Coordinator. Successful completion of a SIR investigation includes meeting all program requirements and dates.
Before using any of the following forms, please ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the steps involved in Conducting SIR Investigations. Some of these forms may require a signature from the advisor or the SIR coordinator; the student is expected to be proactive in providing forms to and seeking signatures from the appropriate individuals as needed.
Getting Started with the Investigation
