AURORA – This spring, the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy™ (IMSA) Fund for Advancement of Education elected five new board members, three of whom are IMSA graduates. The new members are:

Martin DiMarzio of New York, IMSA ‘95, senior consultant for Deloitte and Touche LLP

Chelsy Hopper of Savoy, IL, IMSA ‘92, former project manager for Deutsche Asset Management in Chicago, currently a graduate student at the University of Illinois

Sendhil Revuluri, IMSA ‘90, CFA and New York City Teaching Fellow, Bronx Academy of Letters

Sandra Goeken of Oswego, vice-chairman of the Goeken Group in Naperville

Nandu Thondavadi of Barrington, president and chief executive officer of Mascon Global Limited, Inc., in Schaumburg
The IMSA Fund Board also elected a new president, G. Thomas Castino, retired president and chief executive officer of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., of Northbrook.
The IMSA Fund for Advancement of Education is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that raises, invests and distributes monies from the private sector to support IMSA's mission. Contributions to the IMSA Fund support programs and services for IMSA students and staff, other Illinois students, educators in Illinois and beyond, IMSA laumni and the public.
Located in Aurora, Illinois, the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy™ is an internationally recognized pioneering educational institution created by the State to develop talent and stimulate excellence in teaching and learning in mathematics, science and technology. IMSA's advanced residential college preparatory program enrolls 650 academically talented Illinois students in grades 10-12.
