This website is largely written in W3C standard-compliant XHTML 1.1 and CSS 2.0, which are languages for describing web pages' meaning and appearance, respectively. XHTML and CSS ensure compatibility with most of the user agents ("web browsers") in use today while allowing our website to be as accessible as possible regardless of how one access it. XHTML and CSS also, by reducing the amount of code needed to describe a given page, allow pages to load more quickly when one visits our site.
