The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy has moved beyond the walls of its internationally recognized Aurora, IL, campus to expand science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programs and services in Chicago. IMSA’s University of Illinois-Pilsen Campus office offers STEM enrichment programs for area students and professional development programs for educators.

Students will learn foundational electronics, circuit design, debugging on a breadboard, and what it is like to be an electrical engineer. In addition, students will also complete several STEAM projects led by STEM Station staff.
