Visiting the Library

We are so glad to have everyone back and using the library in person. Now that we are all here, we must continue to keep each other safe.

  • Seating will remain limited with no more than one person per table, unless there is a plexiglass divider, so that we can provide adequate space between users. Restrictions are subject to change.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at both entrances to the library as well as the Circulation Desk. Everyone is required to wear masks. No exceptions.
  • Cleaning wipes are available – see library staff.

Study Rooms: Can also be booked in advance but a reservation is not required, limited to 2 students

Reference Assistance: In-person or virtual appointment with Connie James-Jenkin : https://meet-with-connie.appointlet.com/b/connie-james-jenkin

Interlibrary Loan: Many of you have been requesting materials from other libraries using our interlibrary services. Once the items you have requested arrive, you will receive an email notification that your books are ready for pick up in the library.

Faculty: Classroom Area reservations should be made 48 hours in advance

Library Printers: The library has several printers that are available for general academic use – students are encouraged to print to one of these printers using the available tabloid (11″ x 17″) paper, if they want a large format printout for a classroom project:

  • Xerox B/W
  • Xerox Color

The poster printer is available for approved projects: please review Printing Guidelines.
