Pursuant to Board Policy BDD, paragraph 6, requests to make public comments must be sent no later than 24 hours prior to a Board meeting. The request must be made to the Board Secretary and must include the topic(s) to be addressed. Individuals may address the Board for no more than five (5) minutes.
