Notable Accomplishments
Dr. Easton has more than twenty years of experience in leading and managing projects, programs, and services in academic and research settings.
She has successfully secured and managed multiple grants, partnerships, and sponsorships for Chicago Quantum Exchange and has facilitated the collaboration and communication among researchers, educators, industry partners, and policymakers. Within her current role, she serves as the co-lead for workforce development at the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park and leads workforce development for Q-NEXT, the Department of Energy quantum center led by Argonne National Laboratory.
She has also designed and delivered innovative, engaging events and outreach initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the quantum community.
