On Wednesday, March 14 (Pi Day), IMSA's chapter of Mu Alpha Theta will host nearly 450 students and coaches from 24 area middle/junior high schools for the 23rd Annual Mu Alpha Theta Junior High Math Contest.
A team from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy® (IMSA) won the regional Science Bowl tournament recently and will receive an all-expense paid trip to compete in the 22nd Annual U.S. Department of Energy National Science Bowl in Washington, D.C. April 26-30, 2012.
