Chief People, Business, and Operations Officer
As our Chief People, Business & Operations Officer, Jay brings nearly thirty years of business operations and human resources experience to IMSA, spanning a variety of industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, and children’s not-for-profit. Jay most recently served as National Director of Human Resources at Youth Guidance, a 100-year-old national not-for-profit organization where he co-led a 14-member HR team and managed a cross-functional team operating from Boston to Seattle. Jay considers himself a “people first” leader, emphasizing inclusion and equitable access for all. Holding an undergraduate degree in French and Political Science, along with advanced degrees in law and taxation, Jay is uniquely equipped to guide IMSA’s people, business, and operations functions into the next phase of anticipated growth. The proud father of three incredible daughters, Jay is a lifelong fan of tennis, hockey, martial arts, and reading international espionage novels. An aspiring polyglot, Jay has devoted time to studying French, Spanish, Russian, and German.
