Help Desk Manager

Steve Dutcher is the Help Desk Manager at IMSA, bringing more than 30 years of experience in IT, spanning roles in Higher Education, K-12, private industry, and the public sector. His career has taken him through a wide range of IT roles, providing opportunities to work across nearly every level of technology operations and develop a broad understanding of complex IT environments.

At IMSA, Steve is a member of the ITS Engineering team, where he is responsible for managing the Virtual and Windows Server environments. His ITS responsibilities focus on maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure that supports the Academy’s educational mission of excellence in education and innovation. Steve takes pride in collaborating with colleagues to implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of the IMSA community while ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems.

He also strives to be a positive impact on the lives of students as the Men’s Soccer team Goalkeeper coach, student Advocate, BIT team member, and other roles throughout the Academy.
