The Electronic Pay Stub System (ePASS) allows your pay stub to be distributed and retrieved via electronic means in compliance with Public Act 98-235. This statute requires each State Agency to provide a secure website to post employee earnings statements beginning with the first State fiscal year 2015 payroll.
Hosted by CMS Bureau of Communication and Computer Services (BCCS), ePASS contains multiple security measures that safeguard the electronic retrieval and storage of your bi-monthly pay stub in a system that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From the date of implementation, ePASS will compile and maintain historical pay stub information for seven years and provides the capability to readily access income information.

- Click on “Create a New Account”

Upon creation of your Public ID, please follow the instructions outlined below to login and register for ePASS:

- Input your Illinois Public Account and Password on right side of screen
- Click on “Sign In”
