  • The Brain Bee
    • The International Brain Bee (IBB) is a global neuroscience competition designed to inspire and motivate high school students to learn about the brain and pursue careers in neuroscience. Founded in 1998 by Dr. Norbert Myslinski, the IBB aims to build better brains to fight brain disorders by fostering student engagement with neuroscience through a three-tiered competition:
      1. Local Brain Bee: Students begin by participating in local competitions.
      2. National Brain Bee: Winners of local competitions advance to their country’s national level.
      3. IBB World Championship: National champions represent their countries at the international level, competing in a high-level academic competition that includes sections on neuroanatomy, neurohistology, patient diagnosis, and written tests.
